AFFIDAVIT OF DENIAL OF PRO SE STATUS

A number of averments were made to the effect that I am appearing pro se, or as representing myself before the court. Each of these averments was rebutted orally by myself, to the best of my recollection. This Affidavit of Denial of Pro Se Status is made available in order to remove any further confusion and to clarify this matter.

I am not representing myself at this time. I have not been representing myself at any prior time in this case or cause. I do not appear before the court as Pro Se, or as my own representative in any way, shape, or form.

Furthermore, I am unlearned in the law and am also currently without Assistance of Counsel.
